FIELD: games of totalizator type, may be used in lotteries, tele and radio quizes or lotto games. SUBSTANCE: rectangular playing card is made from paper or cardboard and divided into control part for applying registration code and playing part having working portions, one adapted for applying identification code and other for applying registration code. Control and playing parts are separated by perforation line extending along larger side of playing card and are provided with additional working portion for applying additional registration codes and identifying descriptive members. Working portions for applying identification codes are formed as mail patterns. Additional working portions are provided with at least one protective layer. Working portion for applying registration code on both parts of playing card is positioned in parallel with working portion for applying identifying code, and both working portions are positioned in series with additional working portion on larger part of playing card.
