SUBSTANCE: system has central vehicle-carried controller. Local logic control device has multiplexer diagnostic data unit to control and diagnosing of functioning of object under control. First input of device is connected with control signal output of central controller connected through data storage unit with second control signal output of adder. Second input of multiplexer unit is connected with adder data signal output and its output is connected with first input of central vehicle-carried controller. Control pickups are made analog to form signals indicating condition of corresponding object under control of vehicle and discrete to form signals of critical and current conditions, respectively.
