SUBSTANCE: device has plus and minus control relays, track relays connected to rails of branched sections of switches, relay repeaters, common switch track relays, their repeaters, electric drive cut-in unit of first controlled switch whose first and second inputs are coupled through contact of track relay of non-branched section of controlled switch and contacts of track relays of its first and second branches of indicated common switch track relay and its repeater with one of poles of supply source, first and second insulation monitoring relays of first and second branches of controlled switch, control signal shaping unit, first and second failure detection units.
