FIELD: finishing of construction materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body cast from resilient material, planar electric magnet arranged in body and cable for supplying current to electric magnet. Planar anchor of electric magnet is rigidly secured by screws to bead of working platform. Flexible member is positioned between bead and yoke of electric magnet. Working platform is fixed by screws to body to define hermetically sealed connection. Readily detachable tool is fastened to working platform by clips, which are secured to tool by wood screws. Clip is retained from spontaneous removal by screw inserted into threaded sleeve pressed into working platform material. Switch button 15 and signal lamp 17 are positioned on bead 6. Light of signal lamp 17 penetrates through glass 18 fixed on body 1. Handle is positioned in upper part of body.
