FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with a power transformer whereto a thyristor rectifier is connected, unit for control of the thyristor rectifier, and protective contactor whose winding is connected with the battery through a diode. The control unit is provided with a threshold circuit, control transformer whose secondary windings are connected to the electrodes of the thyristors of the rectifier, and auxiliary voltage converter whereto the control transformer is connected through the outlet transistor of the threshold circuit. The input of the threshold circuit is connected with the battery. Between the battery and the output of the thyristor rectifier is a contact of the protecting contactor. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
