SUBSTANCE: method comprises preliminary treating of fuel mixture in the cylinder of an engine before its ignition and burning out with corona discharge in ion-radiation plasma by heating the corona member with current. Corona voltage is applied at all strokes and is repeating single-pole pulses. The incandescent member of the corona electrode plays a role of an ignition plug.
