FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: sensor has mechanical assembly consisting of measuring member, driving and driven shafts, two photosensors, two light sensors and electric assembly which includes comparator, comparison unit and indicator. Measuring member is made as cylinder. Rigidly of its material is determined within the range of moments being measured. Cylinder is fixed to driving and driven shafts by means of fastening cylinders with lateral holes through which light coming from light sensors gets on photosensors positioned opposite to each other and connected via threshold units of electronic assembly to frequency divider and comparator including two coincidence inhibit units, two triggers, coincidence element, and OR, AND elements. Comparator output from AND element is connected to first input of indication unit moment counter through first input of first electronic switch of comparison unit. Second input of counter is connected to second input of revolution counter and sign identification element, as well as to frequency divider output. Standard pulse generator output is connected to second input of first and second electronic switches, first input of the latter being connected to frequency divider output. Output of second electronic switch is connected to first input of revolution counter. First input of sign identification element is connected to output of comparator second trigger, the first input of which is connected to output of first threshold unit. Output of the latter is connected to input of first coincidence inhibit unit the output of which is connected to first trigger, and its second reset input is connected to output of second threshold unit which is also connected to first input of second coincidence inhibit unit. Output of the latter is connected to first input of second trigger the second reset input of which is connected to output of first threshold unit. Outputs of first and second triggers are connected to and element through OR element. Second input of AND element is connected to coincidence element output, and out of second threshold unit is connected to frequency divider input. EFFECT: higher results of measurements. 2 dwg
