FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body, guide jaws, spring-loaded rocking holder moving in same plane and not contacting commutator hook during winding process; in addition, it is provided with wedge mechanism slider, and pin secured on holder. The latter is hinged to mentioned slider and spring-loaded in respect to it; wedge mechanism is coupled with pin for displacing holder in two planes and its preventive holding down on commutator hook at end of horizontal stroke during winding process. EFFECT: improved capacity and quality of wound parts. 3 dwg
