FIELD: radio electronics, applicable in RF band for frequency and time processing of signals in radio telephones, mobile communication systems, television, etc. SUBSTANCE: when an electric signal is applied to transmitting acoustical-electrical transducer 2, a surface acoustical wave is excited in piezoelectric acoustic line 1 made of lanthanum silicogallate, the wave propagates in a direction making up an angle with normal to the electrodes of acoustical-electrical transducer 2. Orientation of the working surface and normal to the electrodes of the acoustical-electrical transducer relative to crystallographic axes X,Y,Z is selected proceeding from the condition of reduction of introduced loss conditioned by conversion of surface acoustical waves, diffraction and deflection of the energy flux at simultaneous improvement of temperature stability. EFFECT: reduced introduction of loss and improved temperature stability. 4 dwg
