FIELD: secret communication, applicable in communication, computing and information systems for cryptographic closing of binary information. SUBSTANCE: a random initial state of cryptoalgorithms is provided at the beginning of communication session due to randomization of the secret key by a random sync pulse shaped from the cryptogram of transmitted data. Realized is an original system of synchronization of the moments of start of coding and decoding cryptoalgorithms in the process of organization of communication combining the procedures of synchronization and transmission of a random sync pulse to the party. The offered device differs from the known devices of secret communication (for example, device based on the data coding standard of the US National Bureau of Standards) by possibility of byte coding of binary information with the use of a key, having a length required for the user.
