SUBSTANCE: device has eight-m-p-byte information register, eight-m-p-byte gate register, unit of eight-p-bit function generator for function F, first eight-p-bit modulo-two adder, eight-p-bit modulo-two adders, second and third eight-p-bit modulo-two adders. Periodic key alternations using complex algorithm and recurrent method for generation of initial states with encrypted initial position provide possibility to protect information about key.
