FIELD: meat industry, in particular, production of sausage goods with curative-and-prophylactic properties. SUBSTANCE: biologically active additives are applied for production of sausage goods enriched with iodine, ferrum, vitamins C and B. For preparation of minced meat for sausages used as formula ingredient is wild-growing plant, sea kale, in amount of 5-6%. It is preliminarily washed and milled. EFFECT: higher food value. 4 tbl
