FIELD: production of food goods for adaptation of organism in conditions of hermetic isolation from environment. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing at pressure higher than atmospheric one in preset ratio fruit-and-berry juice of sublimated drying, glucose, potassium chloride and thiocyanide, pectin and CO<Mv>2<D>-extracts of sea buckthorn pomace solved in carbon dioxide; and pressure overflowing for removal of carbon dioxide from mixture. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
