FIELD: processing of wastes of public utilities, in particular, processing of domestic wastes. SUBSTANCE: crushed domestic wastes are transported by air pressure of air blower through air duct to zone of effect of superheated dry steam, where [plastic components are coagulated, melted under action of temperature above 100 C and dropped onto bottom of air duct, from which they are withdrawn by screw conveyor into transportation means and transported to places of their processing and utilization. The other organic components are moistened, deposited in cyclones and further on are processed into fertilizers by aerobic and anaerobic methods. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
