FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: process is related to manufacture of metal parts inserted one into another and sliding under action of pressure. At least one part is die cast. For improvement of sliding characteristics and for decrease of tendency to scoring part manufactured by die casting from powdery material is added with nonmetal substance in the form of powder or granules. Substance has molecular structure inert to metal and resistance to temperature about 900 C. Solid ceramic matter or Florida clay is used in the capacity of this substance.
