FIELD: securing of structural elements. SUBSTANCE: expansion bolt includes expandable bush having several longitudinal slots running from its front end over part of its length and threaded pin provided with spacer cone at its front end. Expandable bush has sickle-shaped grooves located in circumferential and radial directions at some distance from each other for forming the reducing zone. Ends of grooves are directed towards each other in axial direction and overall each other by meander pattern in circumferential direction for forming flexible strips due to which sharp radial bending is excluded in reducing the expandable bush, thus enhancing functioning of expansion bolt.
