FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: facility for control of the frequency of vibration of the device is made up as accumulators connected in parallel. The accumulators are connected with outlet of the oil pump station through check valves and with a delivery pipe line through valves provided with timers for setting the accumulators in operation. The accumulators have various volumes. The timers are made up as hydraulic cylinders with spring- loaded pistons, the under-piston spaces of which is connected with the outlet of the oil pump station through controllable throttles and valve for setting stationary conditions. The valve for setting stationary conditions is provided with a control chamber connected with the inlet of the accumulator that has a large volume. The valves for connecting accumulators are provided with control plungers, which interact with the rods of the hydraulic cylinders of the timers for setting the accumulators in operation.
