FIELD: construction, in particular structures erected on grounds that get heaved at freezing and sagged at thawing. SUBSTANCE: reinforced filling is produced, reinforcing is accomplished by means of a reinforcing frame furnished with crossing bands located in the filling body and connected with the external framework for adjusting the band tension. Construction of the crossing bands provides for their adhesiveness to the filling ground and their joint deformation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of protection of foundations against deformation at frost heaving. 3 dwg
