FIELD: drilling of oil and gas wells; applicable in drilling rigs with upper rotary drive of drill pipe string. SUBSTANCE: drilling rig has derrick, derrick substructure, travelling block with spaced pulley sections, power swivel with upper drive and guide carriage and device for swinging swivel out of well center axis, guide beam and complex of mechanisms of automatic unit for round-trip operations of drill pipe stand. Novelty consists in provision of device for recheck of upper end of drill pipe stand. The device is made in form of beam with carriage mounted in guide of power swivel and kinematically connected with its carriage. Mounted on beam is fixing head having central hole and consists of two cones facing, by their small bases, each other and interconnected by cylindrical band. Travelling block has centering device. Installed in hole of fixing head are spring-loaded cams of one-way action. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
