FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: two-tier roller bearing has outer, inner and intermediate races with radial rolling bodies. Each tier of the radial rolling bodies is multi-row. On the intermediate race the ways are common for all rows of each tier of the radial roller bodies. The bearing rolling bodies are made up as balls. The bearing is assembled in the following manner. The rolling bodies are interposed between the races. The bearing rolling bodies of two tiers of the first row are mounted on the shelves of the first race of two races of the intermediate race. The outer and inner races are mounted, the races being preliminary provided with the radial rolling bodies of all rows of two tiers. The bearing rolling bodies of the second row of two tiers are mounted on the end faces of the outer and inner races.
