FIELD: destruction of dangerously explosive objects. SUBSTANCE: the device has an arbalest and an arrow in the form of a stabilizer with an arrow-head, in which the arrow-head and/or stabilizer are furnished with a cavity for one or several cartridges and a striker-type firing mechanism. The arrow-head and/or stabilizer may be furnished with a limiter of arrow piercing of obstacle in the form of a local widening with a diameter equal to 2 to 10 diameters of the arrow-head or stabilizer respectively. The arrow-head and/or stabilizer may have an additional cavity for an additional powder charge; the firing mechanism may be furnished with a remote cocking mechanism.
