FIELD: personal protecting means providing for ejection of active substance having an injurious effect at an explosion of the propellant charge. SUBSTANCE: the protecting means capsule has a tubular casing filled with ejected injurious substance, closed with a destructible diaphragm, propellant charge separated from the ejected active injurious substance, and a primer cap. Secured on one end of the tubular casing is a bearing nozzle with a shaper of the ejected substance jet made in the form of a taper hole with an angle forming the taper surface within 27 to 33 deg. and minimum diameter of the taper hole within 0.6 to 0.8 of the tubular casing inside diameter; the destructible diaphragm is pressed by the bearing nozzle to the front end of the tubular casing; the propellant charge is separated from the ejected substance by an additionally provided casing made in the form of a hollow piston with elastic seals in the recesses on its outer surface, whose cavity accommodates the propellant charge. The primer cap is fastened on the other end of the tubular casing, and the ejected active injurious substance represents liquid with various additives selected depending on the kind of the object to be protected.
