FIELD: measurement of magnetic field intensity and vector of magnetic inductance for science, industry and medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has first sensitive element which is made from dielectric ferromagnetic film which is kept in single domain state, is located on substrate. In addition device has measuring coil which axes are orthogonal and are located plane of film. Coils are connected to unit which generates rotating magnetic field and unit which processes response signal of sensitive element to recorded magnetic field. Second sensitive element is coaxial and identical to first one. Measuring coils of first and second sensitive elements are joined in opposing and are connected to unit which generates rotating magnetic field. Unit which generates rotating magnetic field is designed as two-channel harmonic oscillator which has phase shift of $$$ between channels. Unit which processes response signal of sensitive element to recorded magnetic field by means of zero method has feedback circuit which inputs and outputs are connected to measuring coils in differentiating. They are also connected to coil for compensation of magnetic field in perpendicular direction. Said unit which processes response signal is connected to user interface.
