FIELD: electric communication, in particular, transmission of digital and analog signals through channels with pulse noise. SUBSTANCE: device has clipper with control clipping level, and generator of clipping level, which is connected to unit which measures pulse response of channel. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced serial circuit of direct signal converter and first interface filter which are inserted between input of device and input clipper. In addition device has serial circuit of second interface filter and reverse signal converter which have complex-aiding phase characteristics and are inserted between output of clipper and device output. First of two introduced units provide compression of noise pulses and increase in their amplitude. This results in possibility increased efficiency of noise suppression. Two latter units provide elimination distortion introduced into signal by two first units. EFFECT: increased efficiency of noise reduction (by 30-50%), increased stability to noise. 2 dwg
