FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, canned product industry, public catering and may be also used on domestic conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotary platform provided with slots and carrying at least one curved rod rigidly fixed on spring-loaded levers driven by guides mounted on casing. Berries are delivered from funnel-shaped hopper into tray mounted on platform. Hopper is positioned on shock-absorbers for performing oscillatory motions by means of drive mechanism. Casing is made collapsible and has base provided with slots and two containers fixed to lower part of casing and adapted for collecting berry stones and flesh. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
