FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for complex recycling of sea-buckthorn fruits is characterized by that it includes reception of raw materials, inspection – removal of foreign impurities, and vegetative impurities in the form of twigs, needles, leaves are directed to drying and grinding to obtain a vegetative fodder additive, sea-buckthorn fruits are directed to washing after inspection, then, prepared sea-buckthorn fruits are placed in a device with UHF power supply and vacuum, where fruits are dehydrated at an electromagnetic field frequency of 2450±50 MHz, pressure of 8.5-8.8 kPa, temperature of 40-45°C, specific UHF power of 200-300 W/kg, to a moisture content od 25-30%, for 75-80 minutes to obtain dehydrated sea-buckthorn with a moisture content of 25-30% and cell juice. In this case, dehydrated sea-buckthorn is directed to additional drying to a moisture content of 4-6%, and cell juice is supplied to concentration to a vacuum-evaporative device, where a concentrate of cell juice and aromatic water are obtained. Dried sea-buckthorn with a moisture content of 4-6% is directed to an air separator after drying, where pulp is separated from kernels. Pulp and kernels are separately supplied to pressing, pressing of pulp and kernels is carried out at an electromagnetic field frequency of 2450±50 MHz, temperature of 40-45°C, specific UHF power of 250-300 W/kg, for 8-10 min until release of oil from pulp for 75-80%, from kernels for 65-70%. After pressing of pulp, oil and cake are obtained, cake from pulp is directed to extraction to CO2 extractor to obtain CO2 extract and grist.

EFFECT: invention allows for reduction in the duration of a technological process, expansion of the range, and high quality of the final products.
