SUBSTANCE: device has supporting assembly mounted for fixed adjustment on delivery facility movable in horizontal plane, trunk hinged on supporting assembly, nozzle mounted on trunk and having one or several nozzle outlets or auxiliary nozzles directed at angle to longitudinal axis of nozzle. Device has also nozzle moving mechanisms which ensure simultaneously its swinging in horizontal plane and turning around longitudinal axis of nozzle with fixed variation of frequency of lines traced out by nozzle in its horizontal movement and, consequently, by jet of blowing-off agent applied to treated surfaces of object during device operation.
