FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is particularly intended for jet treatment of heating surfaces. Device has support, blowing pipe with nozzle which is connected with power drive mechanism. Mechanism is installed on support for possible reciprocating motion in horizontal direction along guide supports. Also provided are working agent supply system with shut-off valve, and mechanism for adjustment of working agent pressure head. Shut-off valve includes valving piston with axial through-passage and pusher which is installed in space after piston for possible closing of axial through-passage. Valve opening and closing mechanism is connected with rocker unit. Stop and rocker unit are installed for possible interaction with each other at movement of blowing pipe.
