FIELD: transport engineering; differential power distribution. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has steering gear 1 and transmission made in form of final drive 3 combined with differential. It has also hydraulic pump and reversible hydraulic motor of turning mechanism coupled with wheel reduction gears 13 of each wheel through summing up planetary gear trains 9 of turning mechanism. Final drives 12 and steering gear are coupled with first and second steerable wheels. Owing to combined action of steering gear and turning mechanism, radius of vehicle turning is decreased and, consequently, its maneuverability is improved. Turning of vehicle with radius equal to vehicle wheel gauge can be effected which makes the vehicle similar to crawler vehicles in maneuverability. EFFECT: improved maneuverability. 1 dwg
