FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is used at building foundation for aerial transmission power lines. Device is made in the form of transport vehicle having carriage, superstructure mounted on carriage for possible turning, lifting bracket movable in vertical plane and connected with superstructure, and pile driver guide member with ram. Free end of lifting bracket is provided with turning and tipping unit taking the form of positioning plate, turning disk and guiding unit for installing guide boom in it and giving it any position in three-dimensional space. Turning disk can have toothed rim with possibility of movement by means of hydraulic motor. Turning angle of guide boom is at least 90 deg. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
