FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has barrel which carries sealing member having upper and lower reinforcing rings. Upper ring is provided with tail-piece which is stepped. Large step of tail-piece is made with connecting thread. Lower reinforcing ring is provided with upper and lower tail-pieces. In operation, upper tail-piece interacts with upper reinforcing ring. Lower tail-piece is rigidly connected with barrel. Device is also provided with facility for stretching of sealing member and it is made in the form of tubular weight which is mounted in lower end of barrel. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 dwg
