DEVICE FOR LINER CEMENTING IN WELL Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: oil- and gas-producing industry, particularly, construction and repairs of wells with use of cemented liners in vertical, inclined and horizontal wells. SUBSTANCE: device includes upper and lower tubular bodies with fastening thread. Lower tubular body is provided with packering member. Device also has anchoring unit, retainers and sub. Packering member is located between two stops. Lower stop is rigidly connected to body. Upper stop is movable and made with internal circular recess accommodating spring-loaded and fixed piston. Subpiston hollow is communicated with intratubular space through body holes and check valve. Valve tail part is connected with body by means of stops located in body sockets and closed by tail part of movable seat located inside check valve. Upper tubular body has anchoring unit and its slips are connected with tail part of fastening unit through body holes by sheared screw. EFFECT: excluded bridge installation prior to liner cementing in any well interval. 2 dwg
