FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: valve has body with through-passages. Located inside body are one or two opposite locking members in the form of lock and seat pair, rod(s), detent(s) of lock(s) stroke, charging unit, movable disconnector. Installed on body are sealing members and valve detent in tube. Movable disconnector is made in the form of telescopic pair of hollow cylinder and hollow rod. Hollow cylinder and rod are located in body freely or one of them is rigidly connected with body. Either hollow rod has one or several rows of sealing members outside, or hollow cylinder has that inside. Located between two sealing members of hollow rod or hollow cylinder is one or several hermetically sealed spaces for buffer liquid and(or) hollow cylinder is partly filled with liquid. Additionally, provided in body is limiter(s) of stroke of hollow cylinder or(and) of hollow rod. EFFECT: high efficiency. 6 cl, 4 dwg
