FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to recovery of oil, gas, and gas condensate and can be used in operation of wells with thermal treatment of fluid being recovered. According to method, lowered into well is recovering lift together with auxiliary pipe. Their internal spaces are hydraulically connected or disconnected. Space of auxiliary pipe is fully or partially filled with medium. Medium is of high thermal conductivity for heating or of lower thermal conductivity for reducing loss of heat of fluid being recovered. Space behind recovering lift is filled with medium for heating. Auxiliary pipe is of constant or variable cross-section. Installed internally or externally with respect to auxiliary pipe are electric heaters which are connected by cable with control unit. Auxiliary pipe is lowered inside and/or outside as to recovering lift. Auxiliary pipe is provided with end-mounted isolating device and/or with one or several pumping devices. Application of aforesaid arrangement increases output capacity of wells in various methods of their operation. Operating period between repairs is prolonged. Functional reliability of down-well equipment is enhanced. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 21 cl, 16 dwg
