FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, improved efficiency of isolation of water-washed intervals of bed is achieved due to formation of stable insoluble sediment created in result of interacting solution of polybasic acid emulgated by means of oil-soluble surface-active matter in hydrocarbon liquid and compound containing salt of alkali-earth metal and representing water solution of salt and its emulsion in hydrocarbon liquid. Used as salt of polybasic acid are water-soluble silicates, phosphates or carbonates, and used as salt of alkali-earth metal are water-soluble salts of magnesium, calcium or barium. Method is realized by successive injection into well of emulsion containing salt of polybasic acid and compound containing salt of alkali-earth metal. Then, technological delay is undertaken for 12-36 h for reaction process and after that, well is brought into operation. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 2 tbl
