FIELD: heat power engineering; steaming and nonsteaming economizers for heating feed and heating system water before steam and water heating boilers. SUBSTANCE: economizer has coil heat exchange tubes connected diagonally with four headers. Straight sections of each row of tubes in space between headers are arranged in one plane, alternating, horizontally, vertically and with inclination. Four rows of geometric configuration coils are provided which differ from preceding and following rows according to type of arrangement of coil straight sections. Flow of combustion products coming out of boiler perpendicular to plane of tube arrangement passes over coil tubes. Headers are arranged parallel to direction of flow of combustion products which passes over header. According to other design version, coil tubes are connected to two headers which are arranged diagonally. There are three types of geometric configuration of each row of coils. Each row differs from preceding and following rows in arrangement of straight sections of coil tubes which are arranged vertically, horizontally and with inclination in one plane. Headers are arranged in parallel with direction of combustion products flow. Flow of combustion products perpendicular to plane of coil arrangement passes over coil tubes. According to third design version, economizer has heat exchange coil tubes connected with headers. Coil tube rows are assembled into banks and are connected in series or parallel. Each row of tubes of one geometric configuration alternates, skipping one row of tubes, with tubes of other geometric configuration. Plane of coil arrangement is perpendicular to flow of combustion products passing over the coils. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 8 cl, 16 dwg
