SUBSTANCE: cartridge case is cast as one piece, and the case bottom part is reinforced by a bottom plate of stronger metal, for instance, of metal in the form of a disk with a central hole, whose inside diameter exceeds the diameter of the primer hole, and the disk thickness makes up part of the cartridge case bottom height installed in misalignment with the primer hole, and one generating line of the inner surface of the central hole comes out to the primer hole surface. The cartridge case inner surface is made a bicaliber one with a steep transition-step from the smaller diameter at the case bottom to the larger one equal to the caliber of the gun it is intended for.
