FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has housing which has information window on its front panel, indicator unit which has axial members and locks, electromagnets with electric coils and magnetic cores. Information unit is designed as group of indicators which are located inside housing and hanged on axial members around information window on back side of front panel which provides locks for hanging indicators. Electromagnets which correspond to each indicator are designed as flat spiral electric coil and magnetic core which is located inside coil. Printed circuits of flat electromagnets are mounted inside housing in perpendicular to back side of housing front panel around information window by means of locks. Perimeter of information window is embraced with set of indicators which in its turn is embraced with set of electromagnets. Each indicator is mounted for movement in from its stable normal position which is parallel to plane of front panel to source stable position which is parallel to plane of electromagnet printed circuit.
