FIELD: information equipment, automation. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with front panel, which axial unit carries first flagging indicator by its axle. First flagging indicator contains permanent magnet and electromagnet which is rigidly attached inside housing and which left and right poles are directed towards permanent magnet of first flagging indicator, which is positioned in either left or right position with respect to its axle. Front panel is transparent for magnetic field. Goal of invention is achieved by n-1 additional flagging indicators, which carry same-polarity permanent magnets, and n-1 electromagnets which are mounted inside housing and which left and right poles are directed towards permanent magnet of respective flagging indicator, when it is turned left or right with respect to its axle. All flagging indicators are mounted like sheets in book on shared axial unit, with free backlash to achieve free rotation of flagging indicators. Faces of each permanent magnet and faces of poles of electromagnet provide their matching in space taking into account backlash. Front panel and adjacent sides of flagging indicators are designed as for pair-wise presentation of n+1 characters or colors. All flagging indicators are transparent to magnetic field.
