FIELD: power supply to users from photovoltaic battery continuously operating under extremely varying working conditions. SUBSTANCE: system has photovoltaic and storage batteries, series-connected voltage regulator for feeding load from photovoltaic battery, charging and discharging devices. Optimizing power control of photovoltaic battery (maximum power take-off under actual operating conditions) is effected by charging device or voltage regulator. Voltage regulation subranges are divided into charging-device regulation subrange and voltage regulator subrange by means of two nonlinear elements. Voltage regulation subranges for photovoltaic battery using voltage regulator and charging device do not intersect in case of changes in battery voltage throughout its entire power maximum search range irrespective of influence of any destabilizing factors.
