SUBSTANCE: device decreases time for processing of alternation in input voltage of control unit, eliminates saturation mode of amplifier of error signal and restricts range of its output voltage in region which is slightly greater than effective range of amplifier depending on amplitude of voltage generated by saw-tooth voltage generator. EFFECT: decreased duration of transition processes and amplitudes of surges of output voltage when system switches between operation modes. 7 dwg
