FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: resonator- thermostat has evacuated body 1 which accommodates dielectric ring 2 carrying contact lugs 3 in which film electrodes 5 applied on it is mounted, heaters 6 and temperature-sensitive element 7, as well as transistor 8 positioned on metal plate 9 secured to dielectric plate 2 in spaces between contact lugs 3 and points of attachment 10 of dielectric ring 2 in evacuated body 1. Small mass and high thermal conductivity of metal plate 9 provide for its fast heating by transistor 8 after crystal resonator-thermostat is switched on and consequently, for considerable reduction of readiness time. Low thermal conductivity of dielectric ring 2 and attachment to the latter of heated metal plate 9 in spaces between contact lugs 3 and points of fixing of dielectric ring 2 in evacuated body 1 ensure small losses of heat and high temperature stability of crystal resonator-thermostat frequency.
