FIELD: growing of hothouse plants and seedlings in constructions under conditions of abrupt variations of environment. SUBSTANCE: greenhouse has covering with vertical axis of symmetry, floor 2 positioned within covering and cultured layer placed on floor. Covering is divided along chord section into summer glass zone and winter warmed zone. In winter version visor is mounted along covering generatrix in spaced relation to covering surface for rotation about vertical axis of covering. Visor has leg 9 and strip 10 and is positioned at an angle slightly exceeding that of transparent portion of covering. Visor is rotated to overlap or open glass of window 6, when greenhouse is supposed to be used in winter or summer mode of operation and vice versa. Space between visor and covering is sealed by soft cord 16. Floor is made multiple-staged to allow internal volume of covering to be completely used. Ground floor may be heated by electric equipment. It allows employment of such greenhouse to be widely spread in different regions, including Extreme North regions. When employed in summer mode of operation, internal space of greenhouse is illuminated with direct or indirect sun rays (light) during the whole day. Membrane manufactured from welded steel sheets is pinched along its edges to top of covering shell and serves as carrier member for greenhouse roof.
