FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agro-industrial complex and can be used as a multi-storey greenhouse complex for year-round cultivation of green fodders for animals. Multi-storey greenhouse complex (MGC) is a vertical structure made in the form of a cylinder, includes a foundation, on which 6-storey structure is installed, consisting of an external frame, the external contour of which is made of light metal structures on bolted joints, in plan of enclosure is sheathed with sheets from wear-resistant translucent polycarbonate material in 2 layers. Each floor is made in the form of a frame consisting of vertical and horizontal beams rigidly fixed to each other, note here that all floor slabs feature the same size without mounting hole openings in the form of flat reinforced concrete slabs. Through each overlying floor in plan relative to underlying floor there are 6 through openings to height of structure for passage of 6 elevator shafts, on which 6 elevators move. Four elevators are diametrically opposite located on the outer perimeter of the greenhouse, and two—in the center along the axis of the MGC cylinder. Climate control and humidity equipment, duty and emergency lighting lamps, and ventilation air ducts are installed in the room of each floor. On 1st floor there are administrative, production and storage facilities for sorting, storage and loading of green fodder for delivery to cowsheds, cooling or heating systems for ventilation of premises in winter or summer periods of time. On next 4 floors there are beds for growing in them and saturation with moisture of green fodders with possible increase of planting area by 2 tiers. On ceiling of 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors there are rails installed along the entire circumference of the MGC, along which ring telphers and suspended carts move, which help to harvest fodder and deliver crops to the elevators. On 6th floor there are laboratories for formation and supply of nutrient solutions to fodder crops, a pump station, a rest area for workers. Thermal and electric power generated in gas piston generator is used for operation of MGC, into which pyrolysis gas is supplied, obtained in plasma gasification and melting unit, at environmentally friendly utilization of animal waste and other garbage produced by workers at temperature higher than 5,500 degrees Celsius.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the structure, reduced dimensions with simultaneous increase of possibility of planting more plants and easier maintenance, accelerated growth and ripening of green fodder.
