FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has electrode unit, selective multichannel amplifier, multiplexer, analog-to-digital converter, control unit and primary winding unit, galvanic separation unit, interface unit and personal computer connected in series. Circuits for feeding multiplexer, analog-to-digital converter and the device are connected to output wires of the galvanically insulated power supply source. Circuits for feeding amplifier are connected to outputs of unit for protecting against emergency currents the first group of inputs of which is connected to the electrodes and the second one is connected to output wires of the power supply source. The unit for protecting against emergency currents has two-threshold comparators and switching-off stage connected in series. The comparator input is connected to zero electrode through restricting resister. The zero electrode is connected to casing through measuring resister and capacitor connected in series.
