FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: longitudinal axis of space vehicle is oriented in preset direction deflecting the solar dynamic surface tangentially and radially and returning them to neutral position afterwards. At definite moment, this axis of space vehicle is directed to Sun and space vehicle is twisted around it. On the next leg of flight, longitudinal axis of space vehicle is directed creating precession of space vehicle by deflecting the solar dynamic surfaces perpendicularly relative to plane of orbit. In area of perihelion, this axis is oriented to Earth and this direction is followed up during communication session with Earth, after which solar dynamic surfaces are returned to neutral position. Device for realization of this method includes at least two solar dynamic surfaces mounted symmetrically on casing of space vehicle for turn by two axes; area of solar dynamic surface is selected according to mode of above-mentioned operations.
