FIELD: space engineering; methods of survey of earth surfaces from space.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on use of optical electronic camera mounted on spacecraft. Spacecraft is injected into orbit at draconic period satisfying the following dependence:

where N is integer of turns, days; is integer which is lesser and simple at ; is angular velocity of Earth; is angular velocity of longitude precession of ascending node of orbit; is so selected that fraction which is closest to , where is integer which is lesser and simple with and and N are selected in such way that altitude of orbit is located in required spherical layer.

EFFECT: improved characteristics of observation of earth surface by means of remote sounding apparatus.
