FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has microcapillary tube 1 fixed on electromechanical transformer 7. The microcapillary tube is mounted inside of glass micropipet 2 attached to negative pressure pump so that microcapillary tube 1 is inside it as a whole in initial position. A control signal being sent, tube 1 moves outside relative to the frontal edge so that closed zone arises in extracellular space filled with discharged substance.
