FIELD: optical devices. SUBSTANCE: sighting line stabilizing system has case, vertical axis platform mounted in case bearings, horizontal-axis mirror reflector mounted in platform bearings, single-axis gyroscopic stabilizer with control circuit whose output axis is located in platform bearings and kinematically coupled with mirror reflector horizontal axis through 2:1 ratio gear transmission, angle sensor kinematically linked with mirror reflector horizontal axis, cross-coupling corrector whose input is connected to angle sensor output; actuating motor mounted along platform vertical axis, first amplifying and correcting device whose output is connected to actuating motor, adder whose first input is connected to cross-coupling corrector output and its output is connected to input of first amplifying and correcting device; second amplifying and correcting device whose output is connected to input of gyroscopic stabilizer control circuit, gyroscope with internal gimbal suspension rigidly coupled with output axis of gyroscopic stabilizer and mounted so that sensitivity axes are arranged coaxially with platform vertical axis and with mirror reflector horizontal axis; first and second outputs of gyroscope are connected, respectively, to second amplifying and correcting device and to second input of adder.
