FIELD: armored engineering, in particular, fire control systems, providing for observation of the battle field and armament control. SUBSTANCE: to enhance the tank combat characteristics, the fire control system has day and night sights having an independent stabilization of the fields of vision in the planes of laying for range and elevation. The control circuit of the sight fields of vision in the fire control system is so made that a constant matching and synchronous movement of the sighting lines of the two sights is ensured. Thus, two independently operating sights are combined in a single sight complex and their technical potentialities are used at the same time. The error of matching and synchronous tracking of the sighting lines of the two sights in such a fire control system does not exceed 0.5' within the entire range of the angles of gun swing. It is attained due to introduction of two correctors in the circuit of the fire control system. The first one makes it possible to eliminate the error of synchronous tracking caused by inaccuracy of their installation in the turret because of the lack of parallelism of the mounting surfaces. The second corrector compensates for the errors of angle transmission from the gun position transducer and the transducer of the angle of plane of laying for range of the daylight sight caused by inaccuracy of operation of the angle transmission mechanisms.
